Job 1

안녕하세요, family and friends. Today we’re going to read Job 1.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a copy of the bible or don’t have the Holy Bible app. You can read it on page 2 of this blog post.

Job 1 introduces us to two new characters, Job the blameless-man and Satan the doubter.

In every challenge that we face in life, we always have two types of faces looking at us. This passage shows us that one of them is God who roots for us to always choose the right path whilst Satan second-guesses our decisions.

I believe God wants us all to be like Job ‘a man who fears God and shuns evil.’ So, whenever you’re feeling challenged spiritually it is best to remember God’s, undying love. He is not being absent but instead, he’s waiting on you to call for him and believe he will get you through anything.

Times like these, with the pandemic still at large our faith is tested. Let’s not fail God by letting the doubter be right in his assumptions.

Let’s use this long periods of isolation to become closer to him and hopefully, he will hear our cries and lift the virus as if it was never there.
