안녕하세요, family and friends. Today, we’re going to read Numbers 11.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a physical copy of the of the Bible or have not read this chapter before. You can read it on Page 2 of this blog post.
One thing that’s inevitable with the human race is that we’re never contented. We’re always looking for the next best thing. Always wanting what we don’t have. It’s in our nature. Those who have straight hair wants curly hair, and vice versa. Those with fairer skin get themselves a tan, and those with warmer complexions uses whitening products.
Those examples are only the tip of the iceberg. I’m sure that you, yourself, know and have been guilty of thinking in this way too, but… We should learn to be content and happy with what we have right now.
Sure, it’s fun to fantasise about what life would be like if this one thing happened… Or if this one thing didn’t happen… Or any other what ifs. However, we have to live in the present. Be grateful for what you have right now, because no matter how big or small our requests are, God will provide. Lord God always provides.
All we really have to do is believe in Him and follow his commandments.
