Deuteronomy 10

안녕하세요, family and friends. Today we’re going to read Deuteronomy 10.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a physical copy of the Bible. You can read it on page 2 of this blog post.

This chapter teaches us to love God and others. It is a reminder of the commandments that were written in the tablets during Moses’ time.

Love the stranger then, because you yourselves were strangers in the land of Egypt.”

Deuteronomy 10:19 (CBB Revised Version)

There are different types of love, as we have talked about in my previous blog post. Perhaps, we should revisit the type of love that God wants us to show the world, including Him.

Agapē love. “This type of love does not regard feelings as much.” It is the unconditional love that we give to a stranger or a person we’re not in good terms with.
